Endress+Hauser Thermal Mass Flowmeters

Provides direct mass flow measurement for gases and selected liquid applications without the need for pressure or temperature compensation. Based on thermal dispersion technology, these instruments are designed for reliable monitoring of industrial gases, compressed air, nitrogen, biogas, and process air systems. The portfolio includes inline and insertion versions suitable for small pipelines up to large ducts.

The thermal mass portfolio includes:

• Proline t-mass F 300 / F 500 – Inline flanged versions
• Proline t-mass I 300 / I 500 – Insertion versions for large pipes and ducts up to DN 1500 (60″)
• Proline t-mass T 150 – Compact thermal flowmeter for liquids
• Flowphant T DTT31 / DTT35 – Flow switches for monitoring flow and temperature

These devices provide stable long-term performance and are designed for industrial process environments requiring reliable mass flow data.

Proline t-mass T 150 (Liquid Monitoring)

• Flow accuracy: ±5% of full scale
• Measuring range: 226 to 14,100,000 l/h (reference conditions)
• Medium temperature: –20 °C to +100 °C
• Max process pressure: PN40
• Wetted materials: 316/316L stainless steel, Alloy C22 options
