Why Magnetic Drive?

Conventional centrifugal pumps normally require a mechanical seal or another dynamic sealing system around the rotating shaft. In a magnetic-drive pump, torque is transferred through a magnetic coupling, allowing the liquid chamber to be isolated from the atmosphere by a stationary containment shell.
