Multistage Pumps – Industrial Duty
Multistage pumps are designed for applications that require high discharge pressure with stable, continuous operation. By using multiple impellers arranged in series, the pump progressively increases pressure across each stage, making them suitable for demanding services where single-stage pumps are not sufficient.
We provide both vertical and horizontal multistage configurations to suit installation constraints, available space, and process requirements. Horizontal designs are typically selected for ease of maintenance and accessibility, while vertical designs are commonly used where footprint is limited or where higher pressures are required within compact layouts.
Within the horizontal range, the HP series features a ring-section construction with radial suction and discharge flanges, grease-lubricated bearings, and a robust design suitable for pressure applications up to 64 bar. Standard execution includes gland packing, with mechanical seal options available for higher temperature or more demanding services.
These pumps are engineered for reliable performance across utilities and process industries, including water supply, potable water distribution, irrigation systems, boiler feed, pressure boosting, cooling systems, industrial washing, and general high-pressure transfer duties.

Liquid temperature: −10°C to 90°C (up to 120°C with mechanical seal)
